Aztec Lux #2 (SOLD)

A completely different take, using the same beautiful leather jacket that Del Boy would have been proud of back in the 80’s. Such a lot of reusable leather in this jacket that I made an second Lux bag. The sides of the jacket with the pockets relined and useable ( else what’s the point of a pocket?). Complimented with the remains of the heavy duty Aztec fabric, which is also used for the lining , plus another interior pocket of course, go together to make this an attractive and sturdy shoulder bag. The rolled handles are made from part of the voluminous sleeves, and the elasticated band that drew the bottom of this jacket in so attractively 🤔is now a cross body strap. Antique brass fittings , recycled of course. I love this bag, it’s boxy shape with a slim, oblong base allows for tablets, mobiles and more to be stored and carried comfortably and safely with the double layered upholstery fabric and durable leather sides providing ample cushioning. The zip from the jacket was reused into this bag and provides a secure closure.A unique design from Bag2b.
